How do I proceed through the check out process?
Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.
Can you ship your products anywhere?
Yes! However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties. 
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
United States/Canada: 2-7 business days
International Shipping - 3-5 business days
All US and European countries orders will come with tracking number. 
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major American credit card brands.
How do I cancel an order or return an item?

    1. Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
    2. Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.
    3. Please contact our customer service team at if you need to process a return for any reason. The return shipping address will be sent to you in an email and we will take care of it right away. Please ship the items back to the address we send to you.
    4. Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.
    5. As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item for any reason, we will exchange  for free on all orders placed within the USA.

Please note that returned items must be in brand new condition to be entitled to a full refund.

Returns for refund require a $10 restock fee.

Since they’re high quality pieces, we recommend you to offer them the care they deserve. The advice we can provide is to avoid any contact with water, if this happens dry immediately.

We also recommend the use of a dry cloth to clean them frequently and keep them completely clean.
Remember, this are luxurious pieces, so we are sure that our clients will give the care they deserve to maintain them as new for a long time.
